How does the subscription work?
You pay a flat monthly fee and get unlimited design requests. I work through them one at a time, delivering results quickly and efficiently.
How do I request designs?
You can submit design requests however works best for you—whether that’s typing them out, sharing a Google Doc or wireframe, or even recording a Loom video if talking through your ideas is easier. If you can upload or link it, I can work with it!
How fast will I receive my designs?
Most requests are completed within two business days, depending on complexity. For larger projects, expect new work every 48 hours.
What if I only have a single request?
No problem! You can pause your subscription anytime and pick it back up when you need more design work. That way, you’re only paying when you actually have projects lined up.
Can you handle larger requests?
Yes! Large projects (like full websites or mobile apps) are broken down into smaller, manageable chunks. You’ll receive progress every 48 hours until the entire request is completed.
How does the pause feature work?
If you don’t have ongoing work, you can pause your subscription and resume when you’re ready. This way, you’re only paying when you need design work.
How many design requests can I make?
You can submit as many requests as you want! I’ll work through them one at a time, making sure each one gets the attention it deserves.
Are there any requests you don't support?
Kenzie Fraker Design does not cover 3D modeling, animated graphics (such as GIFs), document design (including medical forms and contracts), complex packaging, extensive print design (such as magazines and books), or any Adobe InDesign documents.
Is there a contract?
Nope! My service is month-to-month. Cancel anytime if it’s not the right fit for you.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of the service, I don’t offer refunds. However, you can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle.
